The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and GillswigWorld online store for the sale and purchase of its items contained in your basket. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Validity

Please read carefully our terms and conditions before placing an order. By using our website and/or placing orders you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

Availability of goods and prices

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. All prices on our website are accurate.

Acknowledgement of Order

Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email us gill@gillswigworld.co.uk

When you have completed your order an email confirmation will be sent to you. It will state what the products are on order and the total cost of Post & Packaging. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, we will contact you to explain the nature of the difficulty.

Orders must be placed before 3:00 pm for next day delivery, any orders that are placed after the 3:00 pm cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.

 Please note Next Day deliveries do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

Payment Options
GillswigWorld offer two payment options. Customers can complete payment by either making a bank transfer into our business account or alternatively paying directly into our PayPal account. 

Full payment details will be provided upon completion of all orders.

Shipping

Orders are shipped out using our standard service. This service takes 1-3 days.

Please note* GillswigWorld are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather, postal strikes or courier delays. Please keep in mind that public holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Tracking Your Order

Customers will receive an email from us with a confirmation tracking number as soon as goods have been dispatched. If you do not receive a confirmation tracking number please contact us on 0203 773 1551 or alternatively email - gill@gillswigworld.co.uk

Data Protection

GillswigWorld online store will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We will keep a record of your address details with the intention of sending your order.

Return Policy
We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers.

If a product is faulty due to manufacturer issues, this must be reported within 3 days of the delivery received. 

No exchanges on wig and products.  If assistant is needed when selecting any of our products, please contact us for  help and advise: on 0203 773 1551

Note: Wig cap sizes are not a quality issues as these wigs are manufactured in one size only. To proceed with a quality issues please call 0203 773 1551 for a product return form.  Fill in all required information;
